Beware of potential scam! No telephone number to contact them for after-sales service. I ordered two products, one good. The second was sterile gloves, they sent me non-sterile gloves (and much less expensive :). I have been waiting for the return and refund for several weeks. The delivery men do not come at all or not on the agreed day. I clearly indicate that I do not want to receive the product initially ordered because I no longer want to have to do with them and just want to get my money back and return the product (the package was in a pitiful state when I received it). The after-sales service does not listen to me and sends me back the product (besides I have no delivery information and no news). After-sales service has not responded to me for several days. A real hell

Just to return higher to my opinion that I came up with after a "response" on Google from Pro du Medical: they claim to have written to me many times: nothing received, no spam. I even still sent messages with order reference. Nothing. No customer service. 89 euros to spend...and nothing except a piece of strips. It is not enough to give calming, courteous, but misleading answers on this site. You have to solve the problem and respect your customers.

Very disappointed. I'm not in the habit of leaving nasty reviews. But after two complaint emails with no response, a non-existent customer number, I am still waiting for the order made for my medical practice: only the strips have been delivered, not the IVs or the suture sets. Paid: 89 euros!! Due to lack of response, I resigned myself to posting this opinion despite other positive opinions (Good for them for having benefited from good service). Addition of September 26 and response: no I did not receive two emails. Nor in spam. You didn't try to call me either. Your response is a facade of cordiality. No customer service: you do not explain this fact. I am sending my file to my legal department. Sincerely

It's a disaster: the hydroalcoholic gel was not closed properly, as a result everything is damaged. Lack of professionalism, no phone number to contact them.
